SUBMIT YOUR TEAMS NOW!

Fantasy Gymnastics is now open! The hit gymnastics game is returning for the World Championships and it's going to be better than ever. Submit your teams, put up your rosters and then watch and win! This time there is only 15 spaces instead of 40 last time so make sure you're quick to submit.

Here is a step by step guide on what you'll have to do;

Step One - Submitting and Selecting your Team
From this list, pick your 6 gymnast team and then pick 2 reserves, you can only 2 gymnast per nation on your team. 5 gymnasts will go up on each event in Qualifications. When you attach your team in your e-mail, make sure you say which event they'll be competing on. Think wisely about your choices.

Step Two - Qualifications
So just to re-cap, you put up 5 gymnasts from your 6 gymnast team but only 4 scores count towards your team score, the discarded score will be the lowest one. Following the qualification competition, a post will be out with the results. Remember: the aim of the game is to get the most points by choosing the most successful gymnasts.

Step Three - All Around
In the all-around competition, your gymnasts who made the final will compete and then the scores will be added into your team score.

Step Four - Event Finals
Your gymnasts who made individual finals will compete and then their scores will be added.

Step Fiver - Final Score
Then once the event finals are up, your final teams score will be calculated and then you may be crowned Fantasy Gymnastics champion*.
